Go all the way back to the left, to the lift and use the lever on the right again. Jump and hit it, then land on the lift to make your way back down. At the top, on the left, is another contraption that will raise the gate shown above you. Then jump across to the right, and onto the platform and scale the wall here. Use the planks to scale the wall and jump up onto the lift. This will allow you to climb up to a root that you can scale to reach the Lunate of Keiya, the Butcher. Defeat these to progress even further to the right.Īs you come into this room, you want to jump on the lift going up then jump over to the blood ledges. In here you'll have two of the winged enemies with spears appear. If you continue to the right, you'll be able to access the room as you raised the gate earlier. You'll want to take this back to Socorro and Cleofas a bit later. There will also be a winged enemy, with a spear.ĭefeating these two will give you the Mask of the Second Refuge. Go to the right and you'll be trapped with another one of the enemies that will perform the same moves as Esdras, of the Anointed Legion. You'll have the option to go left or right here. Now return to the lift you activated with the masks and pull the lever on the right. Go back to the right, then drop down to pull the lever to activate a shortcut down to Mother of Mothers. Fight the two enemies then pick up the Heart of Oils. You'll see two of the caged flying enemies and an item being held by a statue. Use the Prie Dieu to save and replenish, then pull then go over to the room on the left. Here you'll find a Prie Dieu, another door to the left and a lever at the bottom. The battle is fairly straightforward, so as soon as you've beaten them both, the door will open. There will be a flying enemy and one with a sceptre that appears. Head through the door on the left and you'll be trapped in this section as well. Then take the ladder down to the very bottom. Then jump over to the ledge on the right and hit the contraption to open the gate above.ĭrop back down to the ledge below, then down to the lower lever again. Then go to the left and slide through the gap, and be ready to hang on the plank on the left.
Leave the room and drop down to the blood ledge. This will allow you to climb up to a door on the right, where you can increase your maximum health. You'll reach a part of this section that's covered in poison, so here you'll want to have the Silvered Lung of Dolphos, Blood Perpetuated in Sand, and Three Gnarled Tongues equipped. Use the plank to climb up, take out the flying mask and continue up.
